At the WEEE Congress!

This October 5th and 6th, AIMEN, REVERTIA, and RECYCLIA were front and centre at the prestigious 5th National Congress on the Management of Waste Electronic and Electronic Equipment in Barcelona.

Two days dedicated to the circularity of WEEE, the challenges and opportunities in the value chain of electrical and electronic devices and the transition towards renewable energies.

The event was an eye-opener, with key stakeholders from the Spanish and European WEEE industry engaging in enlightening round table sessions. The main takeaway? Robotics and automation are set to revolutionise the WEEE industry, contributing significantly to the human-centric betterment of the circular economy.

AIMEN, REVERTIA and RECYCLIA unveiled the innovative Circular TwAIn WEEE use-case concept through an immersive project overview banner.

But that's not all, some burning questions from the stakeholders came up about the cost of the proposed system and human involvement during the disassembly process. A clear indication of the interest and potential impact of our concept.

Stay tuned as we continue to push the boundaries in the WEEE industry.

Together, we can create a sustainable and circular economy!
